The XIVth Conference of the Centro Latinamericano de Adminstracion para al Desarrollo (CLAD) (Latin American Centre for Administration for Development) will be held in Salvador de Bahia, Brasil, from 27 to 30 October 2009. The conference deals with the Reform of the State and how it affects Public Administration.
